Agreement for Copywriters

You agree that you will not receive remuneration of any sort for submission of content.
You agree that you will only submit content entirely written by you and to which you own full and exclusive copyright.
You acknowledges that, although you retain full copyright of the copy, you grant to FreeCopywriting.com a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, unlimited licence to use and publish your copy, including your name and other submitted public information, in any way, for any purpose, in any format, medium and manner, whether now known or unknown, in copyrighted works or any other context.
You declare that your copy does not violate any non-disclosure agreements you have signed, your copy does not include any confidential trade secrets, and your copy does not contain information you know to be libelous, misleading, incorrect, or in violation of any laws, regulations or rights.
You agree that all publishing and editing decisions are the sole right and responsibility of FreeCopywriting.com. If you feel an edited piece of copy no longer reflects your views, you can request that your name be removed from the byline or that the copy be removed from the site.
You grant FreeCopywriting.com users a non-exclusive licence to reproduce and modify your copy, and you agree that they will not notify you if / when they do either. You also agree that some words within your copy as it appears on FreeCopywriting.com may function as links to other sites (either for advertising or informational purposes), as determined by FreeCopywriting.com.
You indemnify Divine Write (and its directors, officers, employees and agents) and FreeCopywriting.com from and against all losses, claims, disputes, damages and liabilities which arise out of any use of the copy by FreeCopywriting.com or its users.
You agree that customers are encouraged to provide feedback on the quality of your copy and your service, including feedback comments which will appear in your profile. You agree that that Divine Write and FreeCopywriting.com are not responsible for those comments. Although we will do our utmost to ensure that those comments are not defamatory (and to remove any that are), you indemnify Divine Write (and its directors, officers, employees and agents) and FreeCopywriting.com from and against all losses, claims, disputes, damages and liabilities which arise as a result of those comments.
You agree that you may withdraw your copy from FreeCopywriting.com at any time, but you cannot request that FreeCopywriting.com users return the same.
You agree that this agreement survives any withdrawal of copy from FreeCopywriting.com.
You agree to receive occasional emails relating to FreeCopywriting.com.
You agree that you will not make unsolicited contact with FreeCopywriting.com users and that you will only correspond with FreeCopywriting.com users if the user initiates contact. Thereafter, you may pursue an independent relationship with the user, but you indemnify Divine Write (and its directors, officers, employees and agents) and FreeCopywriting.com from and against all losses, claims, disputes, damages and liabilities which arise out of that relationship.
You agree that Divine Write / FreeCopywriting.com may reject or remove from the site any piece of copy for any reason, without warning, notification or compensation of any kind.
You also agree that even if your copy is removed from FreeCopywriting.com, you cannot request that FreeCopywriting.com users return your copy to you or remove it from its reproduction location.
You agree not to submit illegal material of any kind, nor material promoting spam, warez, chainletters, profanity, hate, violence or discrimination against any ethnic groups of any kind.
You agree not to include any advertising in your copy, including affiliate links and that Divine Write / FreeCopywriting.com may ban you from future use of the site, and remove the offending copy.
You agree to publish your name, business name, website address and contact details on FreeCopywriting.com and in correspondence with users. Note that unless you specifically include it within your copy or the biography section of your writer profile on FreeCopywriting.com, your email address will not be published or distributed. However, FreeCopywriting.com will enable users to contact you via email using a form, and you agree to this.
You indemnify Divine Write (and its directors, officers, employees and agents) and FreeCopywriting.com from and against all losses, claims, disputes, damages and liabilities which arise out of any spam sent to you by parties other than FreeCopywriting.com and Divine Write.
We ask FreeCopywriting.com users to agree to and adhere to certain terms and conditions (see below), but you agree that the enforcement of these terms and conditions is at your risk and cost and not ours. In other words, if someone violates your copyright -- it will be 100% up to you to take legal action against those who abuse your copyright to protect your interests. If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit your copy.
FreeCopywriting.com is advertiser supported. We reserve the right to publish ads on the same pages as your copy. You agree that some of these ads may relate to competitors.
You also agree to the specific Terms & Conditions of any incentives offered on FreeCopywriting.com.

Agreement for Others

Copy may be taken without monetary payment, but you agree to include the supplied byline (e.g. “Copy by Divine Write & FreeCopywriting.com”) in the footer area of the page on which the copy is reproduced, in a font and size that is visible, complete with active links to the author’s website (if applicable) and FreeCopywriting.com.
You agree that the copyright of the supplied copy remains wholly and solely with the original copywriter and that you are granted a non-exclusive licence to reproduce the copy only.
You understand that the very same copy may subsequently be used by other parties, including, but not limited to, your direct competitors.
You agree that you will not sell or otherwise distribute copy obtained from FreeCopywriting.com.
You agree to receive an emailed prompt to complete a customer satisfaction survey each time you download a piece of copy
You agree that you will not publish supplied copy in any context that promotes anything illegal, spam, warez, chainletters, profanity, hate, violence or discrimination against any ethnic groups of any kind.
You accept full responsibility for all detail contained in the copy and all claims made within the copy. You indemnify Divine Write (and its directors, officers, employees and agents), FreeCopywriting.com and the original author from and against all losses, claims, disputes, damages and liabilities which arise out of any use of the copy.
You agree that FreeCopywriting.com, Divine Write Copywriting Pty Ltd and the copywriter who wrote the supplied piece were unaware of the exact context in which you would use it.
You agree to never use article crawlers, rogue bots, site scrapers or any automated script/software or method that attempts to mine the copy on FreeCopywriting.com. You acknowledge that we may block your access to our site and/or membership.
